From a loom to global leadership in PP mats
1986 – 1990
First manufacturing unit set up in Umbergaon, Gujarat
Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. established its first manufacturing unit in Umbergaon Gujarat, equipped with state-of-the-art Japanese Jacquard Loom Technology. Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. received an excellent market response for its mats, attracting a growing number of clients seeking its products.
1991-1999
Innovative expansion of product portfolio
The second manufacturing unit was established in Daman, featuring most advanced Japanese Jacquard Loom Technology. Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. successfully expanded its distribution network, achieving significant growth in the process.
2000 – 2009
Daman manufacturing unit triples the production capacity
During this period, Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. emerged as one of the largest mat manufacturing companies in India. During the testing period, Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. not only stood strong but also earned the confidence of national and international clients, thanks to its superior quality.
2010 – 2018
Distribution channel expansion makes Sahil India’s top PP mat manufacturer
Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. established its largest manufacturing plant in Aurangabad, Maharashtra in 2010. Sahil Plastic Pvt. Ltd. successfully entered major retail and mall chains, achieving profitable and sustainable business growth. We proudly became members of SEDEC and SCAN.
2019 – 2022
Manufacturing unit set up in Talasari to boost rural employment
From 2019 to 2022, Sahil Plastic has successfully navigated the challenges of a global pandemic while expanding its global presence. We have remained committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, ensuring timely delivery and building lasting trust with our customers. We are proud to have achieved OEKOTEX, BSCI and GRS audit certifications, further demonstrating our dedication to excellence and sustainability. We have showcased our products at renowned exhibitions such as Heimtextil, the Inspired Home Show, Spring Fair and the Canton Fair. These events have allowed us to connect with a broader audience and explore new markets, further expanding our global reach.
2023 – 2026
A greater focus on global expansion
By delivering superior quality at competitive prices we have, successfully partnered with renowned global retailers such as ALDI, KiK and Lidl. We look forward to continuing this growth journey and building long-term partnerships with more global retailers in the year ahead.
